International shipping is subject to local customs duties, taxes, and levies. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Orogems ensures that your consignment is handed over to the courier within 3 working days of order confirmation and payment, unless a different delivery date is agreed upon.

Domestic Orders

For domestic buyers within India, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Delivery is made to the registered address provided at the time of order. Orogems is not responsible for any damage to the order during transit.

Domestic courier delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days. Orders are dispatched within 6 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company norms. Some products may have specific delivery times mentioned alongside the product listing.
